We are proud to announce the launch of our HSE awareness campaign, « !اعقلها وتوكل ». This initiative, which started last week, will accompany us over the coming months, marking a turning point in our approach to health and safety at work.
« !اعقلها وتوكل »: This slogan, that we translate « Take action first, then hope for the best », plays a crucial role in our campaign. It symbolizes a call for individual responsibility, encouraging everyone to take proactive measures for their safety before entrusting it to God. This approach is deeply rooted in our Arab-Muslim culture, challenging the fatalistic belief that if something is meant to happen, it will happen regardless of the measures taken.
We challenge this notion by emphasizing the importance of proactive safety measures and personal responsibility in preventing accidents.
Our campaign « !اعقلها وتوكل » promotes the idea that taking personal responsibility and action is essential, even while placing our trust in God’s plan.
